times are:  Tu/Thurs 6:15am /  M/W 7:00am / M/W 11:30am / Tu/Thurs 3:45pm/  Tu/Thurs 7:20pm

Become part of a team and work with a trainer 2x a week- and even get bonus sessions!   We start with a 5 day high intensity jump start diet and include High intensity fitness programs of HIIT BARRE and HITT CYCLE. We move into the rest of the 9 week program to keep you on track.  We will weigh & measure you as you progress and provide updated body composition. 

We know this process is never easy so at THRiVE we will give you lots of support and make it fun! There are a lot of other ladies who are all on this same journey so the community of fellow fitness travelers will keep you motiated and encouraged. You will be entered into out raffles for free memberships of 1-2 or 3 months as well as be part of the JACKPOT and celebration evening.
